Learn about our Exchanges and Returns

Sometimes the fit isn’t right and the colour may not look so great on your skin tone. We’re happy to accept returns on any wigs/ponytails that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels. This only applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days from the day of purchase.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by CI BEAUTY when sent back.

Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of placing the order and identify which item you would like replaced by sending us an email over at hello@ci-beauty.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any colour or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase via email at hello@ci-beauty.com

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

Returns

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by CI Beauty when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Before posting back to us, please indicate via email if it is a return or an exchange and tell us which item you’d like to exchange with.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 5 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are not refundable, Exchanges only.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.

Sale Items
Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges only.

Late Returns
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days will be returned back to you.

Carriers to Return
Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return.

Our Policy

We take pride in our CI BEAUTY items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact hello@ci-beauty.com prior to sending any return.

All items must be returned new, unused and with all CI BEAUTY tags attached within 14 days of receipt.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

All packaging must be returned as it was sent such as the lace front (uncut), hang tags, wig caps, hangers and dust bags should be included with your return.

When you try your wigs on, make sure you’re not wearing makeup or  wear a wig cap to protect your makeup transferring on to the wig.

The non-lace frontal wigs are to be tried on without removing the protective adhesive strip and they must be returned with the adhesive strip in place.

The ponytails must be returned to us unworn with the presentation bag, protective packaging and any cards or tags included.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on CI BEAUTY as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

Returning & Cancelling A Pre Order

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your pre-order within 14 days of receipt. Simply request a return by contacting our Customer Service team at hello@ci-beauty.com

On the rare occasion that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order item, we will let you know and issue you with a refund. If you have ordered other items, we will still send them to you.
